Regular photoshoot sessions start at 3 000 NOK/hour and wedding coverage starts at 25 000 NOK for 6 hours (MVA included). Every project is unique, and I'm always open to custom proposals to fit your specific schedule or budget.

You can book a session by emailing me through the contact page with your date and vision. Once availability is confirmed, a signed agreement and a 20% retainer secure your date — non-refundable, but transferable if you'd like to switch to a different type of session.

A 20% deposit secures your date at booking. The remaining 80% is due 7 days before a portrait session, or 14 days before a wedding.

Yes. All bookings receive an official Norwegian invoice including MVA. The business, Anastasiia Gornostai Fotograf, is officially registered in Brønnøysundregistrene (Org.nr 934 520 793).

Local travel within Trondheim is included. Travel outside Trondheim, and any paid studio space or location permits your concept needs, are billed at cost and agreed before booking.

Outdoor sessions can be rescheduled at no extra cost for severe weather like heavy rain, wind, or storms. For a personal reschedule, please give at least 8 hours' notice so your retainer can transfer to a new date.

• Indoor backup locations can be arranged in advance for weather-sensitive sessions.

Choose comfortable clothing in neutral, earthy, or muted tones such as beige, olive, cream, or rust. Avoid large logos, neon colors, and busy small patterns, which pull attention away from faces and can distort on camera.

Yes — I'll share a curated list of urban, natural, and studio locations around Trondheim once your session is booked, and we'll pick one together based on light, season, and the mood you want.

Session length is flexible and tailored to your vision — portrait and family sessions are scheduled around what you need and the type of shoot, while weddings are typically booked for full-day coverage. Exact timing is confirmed with your quote.

Yes, loved ones are welcome to join for portrait and family sessions — just let me know in advance so we can plan locations and timing around the group. I'm flexible and happy to accommodate whatever works best for you.

Edited, high-resolution photos are delivered via a private online gallery within 4 weeks for portrait sessions and 6 weeks for weddings, with a sneak peek shared within 72 hours. Rush delivery — as soon as the same or next day — is available on request.

RAW and unedited files aren't included by default — culling and hand editing are part of the creative process, and every delivered image is brought up to the same finished, professional standard. If you'd like the RAW files too, just ask and they can be provided on request.

I retain full copyright as the photographer, while you receive a personal-use license to print, share, and display your images for non-commercial purposes. Images can't be resold, entered into contests, submitted to publications, or credited to anyone else without permission.
